We’re looking for talented and experienced Senior Creative to become part of a growing creative team in London, taking a leading role in the studio to create incredible work for some of the world’s leading clients.
Although this might be a Maternity Cover role, we’re approaching this in the same way we would with a full-time role, and you’ll be joining as an integral member of the studio, with a high-level of responsibility, creative scope, authority and expectation. We’re looking for someone who can quickly integrate into the team, build relationships, learn the ropes and be ready to hit the ground running after an initial onboarding and handover period.
As a Senior Creative at CH.S you’ll be expected to blend highly strategic understanding and cross-channel ideation, with beautiful and progressive narrative development, visual direction, detail-orientated execution, project ownership and hands-on creation.
Working with our Creative Partner, Creative Director and our wider creative department, you will be responsible for delivering everything from brand and campaign strategy, creative direction and concept development, to copywriting, art direction, global high profile stills + film shoots, campaign post-production, editing and animation, music development, and visual design across the business
The ideal candidate will have high-level agency experience and a diverse portfolio of well-crafted, contemporary projects. They’ll be overflowing with great ideas, have strong communication and collaboration skills and an ambition to do amazing work.
You’ll be strategically minded and used to ideating channel specific concepts at speed, you should have excellent copywriting ability and strong presentation skills (both via deck creation and IRL spoken communication). But this role isn’t about ‘fire and forget’ creative development - after the initial concepting phase, you’ll be running amazing designers, animators, editors, artists, illustrators and writers to see your ideas through to completion, and it’ll be on you to create high standard toolkits which will form part of the final global delivery.

In order to be able to do the role you’ll need to have a strong understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audiences, you’ll have an appreciation for healthy & active living, you’ll have an affinity for a broad range of creative industries including fashion and streetwear, music, image/film making and you’ll possess a lot of current experience delivering global campaigns across social and digital channels.

- Be a creative and channel specialist - understand the roles, opportunities and production constraints of different content types across different channels.
- Lead and collaborate with strategy & fellow creatives to develop considered and effective creative approaches based on current cultural insights and a good understanding of the consumer & brand.
- Be detail-oriented and own your work creatively and commercially from start to finish.
- Be a keynote wizard, understand how to build presentations and deliver a high-standard of deck & toolkit.
- Answer briefs with great work as a solo creative, and a great leader. Get hands-on.
- Specialize in social-led campaigns and activations but be familiar with creating integrated campaigns, with an understanding of how to use everything from digital, editorial and retail to OOH and experiential in your campaign strategies.
- Have a strong attention to detail when it comes to tonality of visual language, design, and tone of voice and copywriting.
- Collaborate with the project leads to push briefs and great work through the agency.
- Communicate and champion creative thinking and technical execution to clients throughout each project

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERTISE
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working at a mid-weight creative level in a similar agency environment
- Demonstrated creative success in leading collaborative multi-functional teams.
- Considerable experience of European and Global projects.
- Experience developing/leading client relationships.
- Exceptional information presentation (visual and written) experience.
- Experience in, and enthusiasm for, creating 360 campaigns from brief to delivery and beyond.
- Experience in side-by-side collaboration with Art Direction, Writers, Directors, Editor/ Animators, Design and UX teams and leaders.
- Expertise in Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Full working knowledge of and experience in brand, campaign, social, and digital campaign development.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and to delegate work efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Excellent typography, layout and design skill.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
